God sits above the circle of the earth, and stretches
out the
heavens like a curtain, spreading them like a tent
to live
in.
People: God
is the Creator of the ends of the earth.
Leader: We who
wait for God will find our strength
renewed, we shall
mount up with wings like eagles.
All: It is

Litany : (Based
on Isaiah 40:21-31)
Have you not heard
that God is with us today?
Have you not
heard that God is with us all the time?
Have you not heard
that God is in the snow, the ice, the
trees that are
bare, the wind?
Have you not
heard that God is with us when we laugh,
when we cry,
when we sleep, and when we are awake?
Have you not heard
that God is with us when we are alone
or when we are
with friends?
Have you not
known? Have you not heard?
O God, you are
always with us.
You are with
us wherever we go in all the journeys of our
life. Amen.
* #274 “Your
Hand, O God, Has Guided”
*Sending
Forth :
With an authority
born of love, Christ sends us forth
to live the
healing we have received,
to walk in the
wisdom we have been given,
and to delight in
the awesome wonder of God.
Anyone who loves
God is known by God.
All: We go as
those who know we are loved.
We go to make
God's love known. Amen.

sufficiently serious that
our members should stay at home, we will
change the message on
the answering service, no later than 8:00
a.m., advising that
Sunday’s service is cancelled. The Minister
(979-4629), the Chair
of the Worship Committee, Peter Scott

of the Official Board, Jane Whelpton
(519-735-4655), will all be
aware of the decision as well and may be
called for further
information. The website will also have info
at www.lruc.ca
From the WINDSOR YOUTH CENTRE:
We’re serving anywhere between 10 – 15 meals
per night now, and some of
the veggies we use come from Forgotten Harvest.
However, if you have an
abundance of fresh fruits, vegetables, or other
goods,
they can be put to use by our awesome volunteer
cooks! Please contact
info@thewindsoryouthcentre.org to drop off any
food donations.
Games and Crafts
Board games and crafts are a useful, productive,
and fun way to spend an
evening. We’re looking for games like
Checkers, Chess, Othello, Chinese
Checkers, Pick-up Sticks, Playing cards, and
Monopoly. Also, we'd love to
be able to knit, crochet, sew, and do other
crafts with the youth. If you
have any games or craft items (knitting/crochet
needles, yarn, glue, felt,
large paper for drawing, etc) that you'd like to
donate, please contact us at
